Which integrations are available right now?
Each integration card shows its current status. Integrations marked coming soon are on our roadmap, and you can ask to be notified when they launch.
Do integrations cost extra?
We will share details for each integration as it launches. Meta's per-message charges apply to messages sent, and we always show them separately from your plan fee.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. Store, payment, sheet and Zapier or Integrately connections are set up without code. Webhook APIs are there for teams who want to connect their own systems directly.
Can automated messages be sent to any customer?
Only to customers who have opted in to hear from you on WhatsApp. Messages sent outside an open conversation must use a template approved by Meta.
What happens when a customer replies to an automated message?
The reply arrives in your WP Tool team inbox, so anyone on your team can pick up the conversation with full context.
My tool is not listed. What can I do?
