Quality rating monitor

Meta assigns every WhatsApp number a quality rating based on block and report rates. We surface it front and center, because it's the single most important account-health metric you have.

Why it matters

A dropping quality rating throttles your sending tier, or gets your number banned outright. Most platforms bury this; we don't.

How it works

From send to insight, automatically

Status updates flow in from Meta as they happen. There is nothing to export.

  1. Step 01

    Send a campaign

Every message you send through WP Tool is tracked from the moment it leaves.

  2. Step 02

    Watch the counts update

Sent, delivered and read numbers fill in per campaign as Meta reports each status.

  3. Step 03

    Check your quality rating

Your rating and messaging tier sit on the dashboard, so account health is always in view.

  4. Step 04

    Adjust before it hurts

If the rating slips, tighten your audience and content before Meta limits your sending.

Why teams use it

Decisions based on what actually happened

Clear numbers help you send better campaigns and keep your number safe.

Spot problems early

A change in quality rating is visible the moment you open the dashboard, not after a campaign fails.

Compare campaigns fairly

Delivered and read counts for each campaign show which messages and audiences are worth repeating.

Grow your sending limit

Meta raises messaging tiers for numbers that keep quality high, so watching the rating supports growth.

Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know before you get started

Clear answers to the most common questions about WP Tool, the WhatsApp Business API, billing and support.

What is the WhatsApp quality rating?
It is a rating Meta assigns to each business phone number, shown as high, medium or low. It reflects how customers have responded to your recent messages, including how often they block or report you.
What causes a quality rating to drop?
Mostly messages that recipients don't want: sending to people who didn't opt in, sending too often, or sending content that isn't relevant. Those lead to blocks and reports, which pull the rating down.
How does quality rating affect my messaging tier?
Your tier caps how many unique customers you can message in 24 hours. A healthy rating helps you move up tiers, while a low rating can restrict sending and, in serious cases, lead to the number being banned.
Why can read counts be lower than delivered counts?
A message is only counted as read when the customer opens it and has read receipts turned on. Some people disable read receipts, so read counts can understate real opens.
Where does the delivery data come from?
WP Tool records the status updates Meta sends for each message: sent, delivered, read or failed. Numbers update as those statuses arrive.
Do I need to export data to see campaign results?
No. Sent, delivered and read counts are shown per campaign inside WP Tool, with no raw exports to dig through.
