Is the Google Sheets integration available today?
Not yet. It is on our roadmap and marked as coming soon. Until then, you can import contacts into WP Tool with a CSV upload.
Which columns can I map?
The integration is designed to map columns to contact fields such as phone number, name and tags.
Is it a one-time import or a live sync?
Both are planned. You will be able to import in bulk once, or keep the sheet synced as new contacts are added.
What phone number format should the sheet use?
Include the country code with each number, for example +91 followed by the number. This avoids messages going to the wrong country.
Can I message everyone in my sheet straight away?
Only contacts who have opted in to hear from you on WhatsApp. Business-initiated messages must also use a template approved by Meta.
Can I export contacts back to a sheet?
Yes. Exporting contacts and their tags back into a sheet for reporting is part of the planned integration.
