Do I need a Zapier or Integrately account?
Yes. You will connect WP Tool from inside your own Zapier or Integrately account, and their plans and limits apply to the automations you build there.
What can trigger a WhatsApp message?
Any trigger those platforms support in your connected apps, such as a new lead, a form submission or a new row in a sheet.
Can I send marketing messages this way?
Yes, as long as the contact has opted in and the message uses a template Meta has approved. The same WhatsApp rules apply as for any broadcast.
What if I need something more custom?
Our Webhook APIs are planned for exactly that. If your system can send an HTTP POST, it will be able to trigger a WhatsApp message directly.
Where do customer replies go?
Replies arrive in your WP Tool team inbox, whichever app triggered the message, so your team can pick up the conversation there.
