Getting started

Connect your number, verify your business and start your free trial.

How do I connect my WhatsApp Business Account?
Sign up, then follow the guided onboarding flow to connect and verify your phone number. See our WhatsApp Business API page for what the process involves.
What is Meta Business Manager verification?
Meta requires your business to be verified in Meta Business Manager before you get full API access. We guide you through this during onboarding.
Can I try WP Tool for free?
Yes. Start a 14-day free trial with no credit card required and explore every core feature before you pick a plan.
Do I pay anything to get WhatsApp Business API access?
No. There's no setup or procurement fee for getting the API through WP Tool. You only pay your plan subscription and Meta's messaging charges.

Messaging

Templates, the 24-hour customer service window and messaging limits.

Why was my template rejected?
Meta rejects templates for vague wording, missing sample values, or policy violations. Your template status page shows the rejection reason, so you can edit and resubmit right there with no need to start over. Our template guides show well-formed examples for each category.
What is the 24-hour customer service window?
You can send free-form replies to a customer for 24 hours after their last message, and Meta does not charge for them. Outside that window, you need an approved template. We show the window status on every conversation. Learn more in our pricing guide.
What happens if I hit my messaging limit?
Meta limits how many unique customers you can message first in a rolling 24 hours. New accounts start at 250, move to 2,000 after business verification, then scale automatically to 10,000, 100,000 and unlimited while your quality stays high. Replies inside the 24-hour window do not count. Your dashboard shows your current limit before you send. Read our guide to messaging limits.

Billing

How invoices work, what Meta charges and how to cancel.

How does the two-line billing work?
Every invoice shows your platform fee and Meta's messaging cost as two separate line items, never bundled together.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel yourself from your account settings, with no email or ticket required.
How much does it cost to send broadcast messages?
Meta charges per message, and the rate depends on the message category (marketing, utility or authentication) and your customer's country. We always show Meta's charge separately from our platform fee. See pricing for plan details, or our guide to WhatsApp pricing.

Team & inbox

Assign conversations and keep agents from replying twice.

How do I assign a conversation to a teammate?
Open the conversation in your team inbox and use the assign action. Everyone on your team sees the assignment update live.
Can two agents accidentally reply to the same customer?
We show read receipts and typing indicators between agents specifically to prevent this.
Can my whole team reply from one WhatsApp number?
Yes. The shared team inbox lets several agents answer from the same number, with chats routed by tag, campaign or attribute.
