Features

Everything a campaign needs, from template to report

Create templates, get them approved, send to the right people and see what happened to every single message.

Template creation with a real approval tracker

Submit templates and see their status change live: draft, pending, approved or rejected. If Meta rejects one, edit the wording and resubmit right from the same screen. No starting over.

Campaign builder

Pick a template, select your recipients, and send now or schedule for later. No CSV wrangling required for your existing contact list.

Delivery & read status per message

Know exactly what was sent, delivered, read, or failed, for every message in every campaign, not just an aggregate count.

Session window & rate‑limit awareness

See your current messaging tier and remaining daily send limit before you hit it, so a broadcast never fails silently mid‑send.

How it works

From first draft to delivered in four steps

A broadcast in WP Tool follows the same path Meta requires, with no guesswork.

  1. Step 01

    Write your template

Add text, media and buttons, then choose a category: marketing, utility or authentication.

  2. Step 02

    Get it approved

Submit to Meta from WP Tool and watch the status update live. Fix and resubmit if needed.

  3. Step 03

    Choose your audience

Select opted-in contacts by tag or list, and check your remaining daily limit before sending.

  4. Step 04

    Send and track

Send now or schedule for later, then follow sent, delivered, read and failed status per message.

Why teams use it

Broadcasts that stay compliant and cost what you expect

WhatsApp rewards businesses that message the right people with useful content. We make that the easy path.

Send only to people who said yes

Campaigns draw on your contact list with its logged opt-in status, so you can target people who agreed to hear from you.

Clear, separate message costs

Meta charges per template message based on category and the recipient's country. We show that charge separately from our platform fee.

Protect your number

Relevant, well-targeted broadcasts keep block and report rates low, which keeps your quality rating and sending tier healthy.

Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know before you get started

Clear answers to the most common questions about WP Tool, the WhatsApp Business API, billing and support.

Why do WhatsApp broadcasts need an approved template?
Meta requires every business-initiated message sent outside the 24-hour customer service window to use a pre-approved message template. Meta reviews the wording and the category before it can be sent.
How long does template approval take?
Many templates are reviewed quickly, but some take longer depending on Meta's review. You don't need to keep checking: the status updates live in WP Tool as soon as Meta responds.
What happens if Meta rejects a template?
You'll see the rejected status next to the template. Edit the wording and resubmit from the same screen, without rebuilding it from scratch.
How much does it cost to send a broadcast?
Meta charges per template message, and the rate depends on the message category and your customer's country. That charge is always shown separately from our platform fee, so you know exactly what you pay for.
Is there a limit on how many people I can message?
Yes. Meta sets a messaging tier that caps how many unique customers you can reach with business-initiated messages in a rolling 24-hour period. WP Tool shows your current tier and remaining limit before you send.
Can I schedule a campaign for later?
Yes. Pick a template and recipients, then choose to send immediately or schedule the campaign for a later date and time.
